Scope of Services. Through this Site, Phantom Vegas Cleaners & Alteration markets and arranges Tailoring Services, Dress Alterations, Uniform Cleaning, Blouse Dry Cleaning, Wedding Gown Cleaning, Pants Hemming, Clothing Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Damages. Phantom Vegas Cleaners & Alteration is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Law and Venue. NV law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NV.
